Guthrie County Sheriff's Office is seeking to fill full-time and part-time Jailer positions. Primary duties include booking prisoners, data entry, record keeping, overseeing the general health and welfare of prisoners, and any other duties assigned to maintain the operation of the Guthrie County Jail.
Hours: To be determined. Positions needed are for afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
Hourly rate $18.00 - $23.00/hr
High School Diploma or GED
Currently certified or the ability to become a certified Jailer by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy.
