Guthrie County is seeking full-time and part-time candidates for RN or LPN positions to provide quality care to patients and perform technical skilled care in patient's home in compliance with nursing standards.
Hourly rate $24.00 - $35.00/hr based on education and experience
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed in the State of Iowa and possess a current CPR certification. Verbal and written communication aptitude to facilitate effective communication with clients, families, staff, and physicians. Visual and auditory acuity sufficient for accurate perception of client behaviors during communication, evaluation, and treatment. Interpersonal skills sufficient for effective client, family, and staff interaction. Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with the State of Iowa. Must possess a working knowledge and skills in computer operation and ability to utilize the information management system are required. Must pass criminal, child, and dependent adult abuse background checks.
Part Time benefits: IPERS and PTO
Full Time benefits: IPERS, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Holidays, paid vacation, sick time, personal days, and comp time or overtime.
